Payment is required in person at the start of your appointment. Jin accepts cash, credit cards, amex, Venmo, and Apple pay. Jin Lee Skincare does NOT offer refunds. Scammers who try to coerce or threaten Jin Lee Skincare for a refund after receiving a facial will be prosecuted. If you need to cancel your appointment, a 24 hour notice via text is required to (213) 310 - 0073. Jin has the right to refuse service to those who have canceled multiple appointments.
